Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset it.

If you’re already logged in and want to change your password, head to My Account → Account Settings, enter your current password, type in the new one and click Save Settings.

Delayed option

If you select the Delayed option, your document will be delivered within 24 hours.

Here's how it works:

After uploading, editing and converting your document, simply choose “Yes, I can wait 24 hours.” Your finished PDF will be sent to your registered email and will also appear in your My Documents dashboard once it's ready

Managing documents and storage

Whether you're working with one file or many, WorkSimpli makes it easy to store, access, and manage your documents securely

Most accounts include unlimited document uploads, but if you’re on a basic or limited-access plan, you may be capped at 5 documents per month. If that applies to you, you’ll see a banner notification at the top of your Account Home Screen to help you keep track.
All your files are securely stored in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Want to use your preferred storage service? No problem—WorkSimpli integrates seamlessly with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox. You can also download files to your computer or print them directly whenever you need.

If you have trouble logging in, please reset your password using the “Forgot” button on the "Member Login" screen.

Account deletion

To begin, you'll first need to cancel your subscription to avoid any future charges:

  1. Log into your account and go to Account Settings
  2. Select Manage Subscription, then click Cancel Subscription
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete

To fully delete your account, please contact our support team directly, we'll guide you through the final steps and ensure your account is securely closed.
